Renfe, Spain's national railway operator, wanted a campaign to encourage more respectful behavior among passengers, a social message that needed to feel relatable and fun rather than preachy.
Under the creative direction of agency Codigonuevo, I designed and animated three original characters, each built around specific behaviors to bring the campaign's message to life in a way that actually connects with people.
